We had a wonderful women's ceremony tonight. There were six of us under the blue moon behind the Redd Shedd. We shared and wept and laughed and sang. The drum and shakers added their voices to the whispering trees around us.
My knee had a bad day. I was given some exercises to strengthen my leg and I lost my head. I overdid and my leg was mad at me all day. I skipped the workout today so I should be better tomorrow.
